Smart Plus Heating

"I recently had two air conditioning units installed by Smart plus heating and I can not praise the company enough. I had contacted several air con companies to get quotes etc but Joe from Smart Plus responded immediately and offered to come round and look at property and give a quote. Other companies wanted me to describe my house on line and then they gave an estimate without actually coming out to visit which didn't really instal any confidence in me. A couple of firms straight away said I would need to have my electricity circuit board updated before they could do the job which would have been an extra costing. Joe from Smart Plus said no worries, our electrician can put in a separate sub board to run the air con from and this would not interfere with my current circuit board. We discussed the fact we have Siamese cats so cannot close doors as they don't like that so I needed to be sure the air cons we had installed would do the job without closing rooms off. Joe helped me to work out the best places to instal our two units to give the best effects for cooling the house down. The team of three came on the day and were fantastic. Very friendly, polite and very good at putting us at ease. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours non stop fitting the system in the one day rather than two so that my cats who had to be shut in one room whilst they did the work would only have to suffer the one day of upheaval. All three were so efficient and worked together so well making the job seem effortless. They left the house so clean and as though nobody had been there even though they had been working flat out for almost 12 hours. Joe text me the next day to ask if everything was ok and was available if I needed any help with setting up the system to control through my phone (which as a pensioner I did) and will come back in a few days to help me set this up. The cost of the air cons was competitive and cheaper than some of the other quotes I'd been given and I would recommend Smart plus to anyone looking to have works carried out for air conditioning or heating."
